Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nature of Products

MeraNumerology sells digital products — personalized numerology PDF reports generated by AI based on your input (name, date of birth, etc.). Since these are instantly generated and delivered digitally, cancellation before delivery is generally not applicable. However, we offer a generous satisfaction guarantee as detailed below.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
• You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction
• The report has not been downloaded more than once
• Your report was not delivered within the promised timeframe (2-10 minutes)
• There was a technical error in your report (wrong data, corrupted PDF, etc.)

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Request made after 7 days from the date of purchase
• Report has been downloaded multiple times (indicating usage)
• Incorrect information was provided by the customer (wrong DOB, name spelling, etc.)
• Simple change of mind without any quality issues
• Disagreement with numerology interpretations or predictions (as stated in our Terms, these are for entertainment only)

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@meranumerology.com
2. Include your Order ID (found in your confirmation email or on the order page)
3. Include the email address used during purchase
4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
5. We'll review your request within 24-48 hours
6. If approved, refund will be initiated through Razorpay to your original payment method

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved, refunds are processed through Razorpay. Please allow the following time for the amount to reflect in your account:

• UPI: 1-3 business days
• Net Banking: 3-5 business days
• Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
• Wallet (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 1-2 business days

Note: Actual processing times depend on your bank/payment provider and may vary.

Report Not Received?

If you haven't received your report within 30 minutes of successful payment:

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Verify the email address used during purchase
3. Contact us at support@meranumerology.com with your Order ID

We will either resend your report or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Payment Failed / Double Charged?

If you were charged but the payment shows as "failed" on our end, or if you were charged twice for the same order, please contact us immediately with your payment screenshot and Order ID. We will verify with Razorpay and process the refund within 24 hours. In case of payment gateway errors, Razorpay typically auto-reverses failed transactions within 5-7 business days.
